Have you ever thought about loosing your dog? Unfortunately dogs don’t live a long life like we do. They can be with us for a really long time, but their journey is not destined to last as much as ours. They might have a very long, healthy life, but like they say everything comes to an end. In a case like this one I would not be sad. I mean think about it. You have your dog, live with them for avery long time, share your life with them, your best memories, they are always there for you, but they have to continue their own jurney somewhere else afterwards.
We all should be really happy and proud for our dogs, and their life. We are able to provide a loving home for our dogs. We treat them as family because they are family actually. We learn from them a lot; how to live our life to the fullest, how to never give up on our dreams, how to be positive all the time, and the list could go on and on and on forever.
And I truly believe that when its about time for them to go, we should let them go. We will feel relieved somehow because we did the best we could for them, and I am sure they feel happy too. I mean not every dog in this world has the chase to have a house and a ovine family. This was the very last car ride for this dog, and she enjoyed it to the fullest. She looks happy, and content of her life. This is what her owner had to say: “She was about 15 years old and I’ve had her since I was a kid. She started getting very sick (frequent seizures, couldn’t control her bladder, etc.) Libra was ready to go, so we helped her. She was so peaceful and happy and the picture makes me feel better about not having her around anymore.”
Rest in peace Libra!
The content look on her face as she breathes in the fresh air for the last time is indescribable.
Thanks for giving Libra an amazing life. May she rest in peace.
